Danilo’s Cooking Demo for LSDM 28/02/2017 @Baglioni Hotel, London

On February 27th-28th Food&Wine professionals in London will have the chance to take part in Two days of cooking demonstrations and tastings featuring the most famous Italian products. Mozzarella!

On Tuesday 28th February at Baglioni Hotel in London, LSDM will present a half-day event celebrating Italian cuisine with a focus on the culinary traditions of Southern Italy.

Danilo Cortellini, head-chef at the Italian Embassy in London, will present a mozzarella-based recipe from his coobook 4 Grosvenor Square.
